Your rights

You have rights over your personal data (LGPD, Art. 18): confirmation, access, correction, deletion, objection and others. This page explains how to exercise them, and you can open a request via the form below. We respond within 15 days (Art. 19, II).

You have a Refogando account

If you are an app user, many of your rights are handled directly in your account (profile, recipes, collections). For anything not yet self-service, use the form below or the privacy email — always within the 15-day deadline.

You are the author of a recipe imported from the web

If a recipe of yours was imported from an external site into Refogando, we keep only your name (credit) and the source link — never the photo or the authorial text. You may request removal of your name (the credit then shows only the site) or full removal. You do NOT need an account: use the form below.

How a request works

1. You send the request via the form (or the privacy email), identifying the content (source link and/or displayed name) and what you want.
2. We open a case and record the date of receipt — that is when the 15-day deadline starts to run (Art. 19, II).
3. We confirm your identity as simply as possible (usually correspondence with the contact already tied to the source). We do not require documents as a condition (Art. 6º, III).
4. We carry out the request and reply within the deadline, stating what was done — or, in case of a justified refusal, the reason.

Response time: up to 15 calendar days from receipt (LGPD, Art. 19, II).

We collect only the minimum needed to locate the content and handle the request. We do not require documents or additional personal data as a condition (Art. 6º, III — necessity).
